Top Match bookmaker terms of use

The rules on this page, together with every amendment, additional provision and policy they refer to, form a legally binding contract between TopMatch bookmaker and each customer of topmatch-bet.com.ua. They cover sports betting and also apply to the casino section of the site.

TopMatch can update its rules, regulations and payment procedures at any moment without sending personal notice. A bet already accepted is always settled on the terms in force when it was placed, while later bets and transactions follow the updated version. You accept these rules when you create an account, and it is your duty to comply with the gambling legislation of the place where you live.

Who Can Bet with TopMatch

Opening an account, making deposits and betting are reserved for customers who are at least 21 years old. Before you play, confirm for yourself that online gambling is legal in your jurisdiction. Declaring winnings or losses to your national authorities, where local law demands it, is also your responsibility.

We will not serve:

  • minors under the age of 21;
  • citizens of the Russian Federation;
  • people who have been excluded, or have excluded themselves, from gambling;
  • citizens and/or residents of countries under sanctions of the Financial Intelligence Unit of Curaçao.

TopMatch may also reject registrations, deposits or bets from people connected by citizenship or residence to countries that fall short of the international standards set by the Financial Action Task Force (FATF), or which, according to FATF reports, have gaps in their measures against money laundering and the financing of terrorism.

Your Gaming Account

One customer, one account

A customer is entitled to a single gaming account. The administration may allow an exception in an individual case and set its conditions, but you have to request permission first; any additional account opened without such agreement is a breach of the rules.

Login details

You are personally responsible for protecting your account and password. TopMatch employees keep customer data confidential, yet we accept no liability if your details leak to outsiders. Every operation authorised with your login or account number plus your password is regarded as yours and legally effective.

Your balance is the sole limit on what you can do with the account. Should you suspect that your details have been lost or that someone has accessed your account, you can contact the administration whenever you wish and request a new password. Forgetting or losing a password does not entitle you to cancel bets or withdrawal requests.

Transfers are prohibited

Your account is personal: it cannot be handed over, sold or pledged to anybody. This covers anything of value connected with it, for example ownership rights, winnings, deposits, bets, and any related rights or claims, whatever their legal, commercial or other nature.

You also may not encumber, pledge, lend, trade, broker, mortgage or donate these assets, whether directly or through a trustee, a third party, a company, an individual or legal entity, a fund or an association. Allowing someone else to use your account can result in it being blocked.

Know-Your-Customer Checks

We accept the data you enter at registration in good faith and bear no liability if it proves inaccurate. In exceptional situations, to prevent fraud or a dispute, we may still require proof of identity to confirm that your details are genuine.

When you open an account, you undertake to supply the requested documents and to respond to our enquiries on time, in full and truthfully. This applies in particular to verification, supporting documents and the origin of your funds.

Not meeting these obligations has consequences: TopMatch may annul winnings and stop serving you, paying back only the deposits you made. Anyone who commits fraud in payments or betting will be held liable, including under criminal law.

How Bets Are Accepted

All bets are placed on the line, which lists forthcoming events and the odds on their possible outcomes. Any element of the line — handicaps, odds, totals, accumulator limits, maximum stakes — may be adjusted after a bet is taken; this never affects bets that were accepted earlier.

  • Your stake must not be higher than the balance in your account.
  • The sum of all your stakes on one event during a gaming day is capped at the maximum indicated in the line.
  • When that cumulative cap is reached, further bets on the event are refused.

Bet types

  1. Single. You predict one outcome. If it wins, you receive your stake times the odds for that outcome.
  2. Accumulator. You predict the results of several independent events in one bet. The accumulator odds are the odds of all selections multiplied together, and the payout is the stake times those odds.
  3. System. A full set of accumulators of a size you choose. You are paid the combined winnings of the accumulators in the system.
  4. Accumulator Plus. An extra list of events, published every day, with boosted odds and special terms.

Accumulator and system rules

Every selection must be right for an accumulator to pay out: a single wrong prediction means the whole bet is lost. The highest odds an accumulator can reach are 2000. You can mix outcomes of unrelated events from any sport or other betting category.

It is forbidden to put different outcomes of one match, or different bets on one player within the same tournament, into the same accumulator or system, even if they are not directly linked. Where this happens, the bet is refunded, even if our software did not block it automatically.

Accumulator Plus has its own terms: the stake may not exceed the equivalent of 500 US dollars; each accumulator must include three events or more; the odds cannot exceed 2000; system bets are not available. When betting, you must choose the accumulator line type.

Timing of bets

Pre-match betting closes when the event begins. Should a bet nevertheless be accepted after the real start, it is invalid: we refund it, and in an accumulator it is counted at odds of 1. In-play (live) bets are the exception and remain valid until the event is over; if one is accepted after the final whistle for any reason, it is settled at odds of 1.

Scores shown during live events are for reference only, and a wrong score displayed there does not justify cancelling a bet. TopMatch does not vouch for the accuracy of live results and settles bets using its own information on what actually happened.

A bet is final once it is recorded on our server and you see an acceptance notice with its number. It cannot be edited or cancelled after that. A dropped connection or any other technical issue on your side does not cancel a bet that has been registered on the server.

Dates, times and names

The start date and time in the line are given for information. If the date is wrong, the bet is still valid as long as it was made before the event actually began. Settlement uses the real start time, as confirmed by official documents of the body organising the competition or match.

We cannot promise that the names of players, teams or host cities are translated with complete accuracy. In-play information is for reference only, so please also check other sources.

Errors, Misconduct and Void Bets

When a clear human error is made in preparing or publishing the line, or the line software obviously fails (for instance, clearly wrong odds or odds that do not match across positions), TopMatch is entitled to declare the bet void on its own initiative, whether it was made before or after the event began.

Should we discover that a TopMatch employee acted fraudulently in breach of these rules, we may refuse to perform the bet and return the stake. We can also cancel a bet where there are grounds to believe it was made once the result was already known, or once the chosen side or competitor had already gained a notable advantage, such as a lead in the score or an opponent's substitution or dismissal.

Postponed, Interrupted and Moved Events

An event that does not begin as scheduled and is postponed beyond 36 hours after the coupon start time has all its bets settled at odds of 1, unless the rules for that sport provide otherwise.

If play is interrupted and not finished within 12 hours of the coupon start time, markets settled before the interruption are paid on their results, while markets still open at that point are settled at odds of 1.

A switch to a neutral venue does not affect bets. If the match is moved to the opposing team's ground, bets are refunded and taken out of accumulators. For a match between two teams from the same city, bets stand regardless of the venue.

Results and Payouts

TopMatch confirms results after the event, using official records and other information sources. If sources contradict each other or are plainly wrong, TopMatch makes the final call on the result used for settlement.

Later changes to a result, for example after a protest or a doping finding, are not taken into account; payouts are based on the result at the end of the event. Where a competition ends with joint winners, bets on their win are settled at odds of 1. Account registration and deposits are governed by the account and deposit rules, and winnings are paid under the settlement and withdrawal rules.

Corrections, Negative Balance and Claims

You should check that each bet slip is filled in according to these rules. In the event of a mistake, TopMatch may refund the bet, no matter who caused it or why.

If a bet is resettled because a result was entered incorrectly and your balance falls below zero, the account remains blocked until you deposit at least the negative amount. If you do not, TopMatch may stop taking your bets. Bets made before the resettlement remain in force and are settled under the rules.

Disputes must be raised within 10 days from the date the bet was settled. Once that time has passed, no claim will be accepted or examined.

Final Provisions

  • Where these rules give no clear answer, or a case is unprecedented, the decision of the TopMatch administration is final.
  • TopMatch accepts no liability for losses or damage caused by using the site or what it contains, such as being unable to connect, delays, failures of communication lines, or mistakes and gaps in the content.
  • The rules for individual sports override these general rules.
  • The English text of these rules prevails over any translation if the two differ.
  • TopMatch may limit or refuse bets from anyone without explanation and without prior written notice.
  • Final odds for all bet types reflect the way specific outcomes are determined (handicaps, totals and so on) and any cancellation or postponement beyond the periods set out above; in those cases the odds are 1.
